Choosing a certified roofing contractor that is trained on manufacturer installation procedures and warranty information for current products will make your job much easier!

Signs that your roof may need to be replaced:

• Shingles are starting to deteriorate,buckle, curl and/or split
• You are starting to lose multiple shingles, during or after, higher wind conditions
• Leaking, especially if in several different locations, is a sure sign of needing a new roof
• Excessive missing granules (usually in your gutters)indicate a need for replacement

If your roof shows signs or symptoms mentioned above, you may not need a total roof replacement. Warranties should also be considered when having a new roof installed on your home. Most roofing contractors will provide only a one year warranty on their workmanship, Dillman Brothers provides a, labor only, five year warranty on all roofs we install. We also offer you an extended manufacturer's warranty based  upon the roofing system you choose. Only a certified installer can offer an extended warranty.
